Loss & Life Transitions

Losing someone you love can drastically change your life and leave a void that feels like it can never be filled. Together we can learn to understand this pain, gently navigate the grieving process and explore life as it is now.  
Life brings with it a myriad of losses, including death, divorce, loss of work, or now, through this pandemic, a loss of social support and contact, and a loss of celebrating many milestones and important life experiences. Life can also bring transitional losses like moving away from home, ending one career, and starting another, and we often question the meaning of many different life choices. Understanding, processing, accepting, and adapting to whatever loss or change you have experienced is something we can work through together.
